There are two ways to rent props from us, contact us directly with questions on a particular piece, we will tell you if a prop is in stock, answer any questions and place your order, you may also shop this site, directions are as follows:
Step 1-Simply shop the site and add your selections to the shopping cart. If a particular piece is listed as sold out, it has been rented and is not currently available. All prices shown are non-negotiable and are based on a one week rental (7 days including weekends). Please note, 24 hours is needed to prepare your order.
Step 2- Once you have placed your order, we will contact you. We will need to know specific information about the shoot (the dates for your shoot, your delivery carrier, company/client, studio, photographer etc.). All pickups and returns should be scheduled between 10:00am-6pm M-F. Extensions are possible based on availability and mutual consent with Area Props NYC. Every client is asked to commit to all the terms and conditions of our rental agreement. Our terms and conditions are straightforward and are listed on our “Terms" page on this website. Please read through all of the agreement so there is no misunderstanding about our policy.
We respect your privacy and we never share or sell your personal information with any third parties. Any information collected through this site is intended to be used for transactions only. Your personal information is secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology.
Please note, Area Prop’s location is available for pickups and deliveries only, all of our props are thoroughly documented on our website, please contact us and make an appointment to view a specific prop in person.
